The villa has direct access to a private beach area and is the first property on the sand, located about 20 meters from the ocean. It offers two outdoor pools, one of which is a private pool just 10 meters from the house, while a second, larger shared pool is located 10 meters from the villa towards the beach. Guests also have use of an open-air bath, a pool with a view, a shallow end for children, and sun loungers or beach chairs.
Rooms & Facilities
The recently renovated villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a living room, and a sun terrace, and can comfortably accommodate two or three families with a separate guest house that has its own kitchen. A washing machine, barbecue, and fully equipped kitchen are available for self-catering, and daily housekeeping is provided. The property is part of a gated community and includes a garden, outdoor furniture, and a safety deposit box.
